Returns and refunds
Due to the nature of our products and in accordance with current consumer protection regulations, returns of food or perishable products are not accepted once opened or handled.
Specifically, according to the provisions of article 103.d of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 , of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal will not apply to goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
Returns
Only products that are intact, unopened, undamaged and in the same condition as when they were sent will be accepted for return.
No returns will be accepted for:
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Products that have been tampered with or whose condition has been altered
- Products that do not retain their original packaging
Before making any return, it is essential to contact our customer service team beforehand , who will assess the case and provide the necessary instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping
Once the return has been authorized, the customer must send the product to the address we will provide by email.
Shipping costs arising from the return are the responsibility of the customer , except in those cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis , depending on the reported incident and after the corresponding review.
In the event of an accepted return, the amount to be refunded will correspond to the price of the product , excluding shipping and return costs, unless the incident is attributable to our responsibility.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase and within approximately 5 business days from receipt and validation of the returned product.
