Subscription and orders
Our subscription is designed to offer you convenience, continuity and peace of mind, ensuring that your pet never lacks its usual food.
Currently, the subscription option is only available for our Air-dried SUPER food products. Other products, such as natural snacks, are not included in the subscription at this time .
How the subscription works
By selecting the subscription option during the purchase process, you will automatically receive your products according to the frequency you choose, with a permanent 10% discount on each delivery.
The available delivery options are:
- Delivery every two weeks
- Monthly delivery
Manage your subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time from your customer account, by accessing the "My subscription" section.
From there you can:
- Change the delivery frequency
- Modify your products or quantities
- Temporarily pause your subscription
- Cancel your subscription without obligation
Subscription management is handled through Shopify's subscriptions app , ensuring a secure, clear, and easy-to-use process.
Orders and payments
Each subscription order will be charged before shipment is prepared , using the payment method registered in your account.
You can check the status of your active and past orders from your customer area , as well as update your payment details at any time.
Changes and cancellations
There is no minimum commitment period. You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription whenever you need to, as long as it's before the deadline for the next shipment , which is shown in your customer area.
Incidents
In the event of a problem with payment, product availability, or any other issue related to your subscription , we will inform you by email or telephone so that you can easily manage it.
Orders
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase. From that moment, we will begin preparing your order for shipment.
Order preparation and shipping
Orders are prepared within approximately one business day . Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can check the delivery status at any time.
Status and monitoring
You can check the status of your active and previous orders from your customer account, by accessing the "Orders" section.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible. Orders can only be modified or canceled before they begin processing .
Payments
The order is charged at the time of purchase confirmation, using the payment method selected during the checkout process.
If there is any issue with the payment , we will notify you by email so you can update your details and complete the order.
